1. Our products have their own terms

This website introduces our products and links to them. Each product has its own terms, which apply when you use it:

• Fluxion (app.synthemo.com): Fluxion Terms of Service

Prices, plans and features described here are a summary; the product's own pages and terms are what apply, and they can change. Commissioned work, such as a custom digital twin, is covered by what we agree with you for that commission.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it. Please don't use it unlawfully, try to break or overload it, get around its security, or copy it in bulk by automated means.

3. Intellectual property

• The website, its text, design, films, images and the names Synthemo, Fluxion and Northline belong to Synthemo or its licensors. You may not reuse them without our permission, beyond what the law allows (for example quoting or linking).
• The brand films in the Lab are spec work we made on our own: they weren't commissioned by, and don't imply endorsement from, the brands they feature. Those brands' names and marks belong to their owners.

4. Links to other sites

The website links to sites we don't run, such as social platforms. Their own terms and policies apply there, and we aren't responsible for their content.

5. No warranty

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and online, but don't promise that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, and will show the new effective date at the top. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
